Remove the hose from the dishwasher.
Dishwasher drain pipe repair.
Remove it with a screwdriver and then just like you did with the drain hose use a de clogging device to remove any debris that may be clogging the drain.
Check for a valve bracket.
Slide the wire clamp away from the drain housing.
If the leak is still present and you used the original hose replace it with a new one.
Remove the hose from the dishwasher.
If your dishwasher is still not draining properly at this point then it s time to.
Reach under the dishwasher and squeeze the wire hose clamp that holds the drain hose to the drain pump use pliers if necessary.
Test the valve by pushing on the valve bracket to make sure it moves freely.
Use a pair of pliers to crimp the wire clamp that holds the hose in place.

Pull the end of the drain hose off of the drain pump.
If you have a valve bracket see photo your dishwasher has a drain valve.
Look for the basket shaped component at the bottom of your dishwasher.
Release the drain hose spring clamp.
If the dishwasher drains properly and no leaks are present screw the panels in place to complete the repair.
Place a towel under the drain pump to absorb water from the drain hose.
Most but not all dishwashers have a drain valve that keeps water from draining back into the dishwasher.
If the hose leaks check the fittings and run the wash cycle again.
An undamaged drain hose must still be removed to verify that any clogs are completely flushed out.
